Network

In the main part of the network menu we will do a complete setup of network parameters. At our disposal we have possibility to define network aggregation via Trunks, to define virtual networks and their IP addresses setup, further we can define routing for respective virtual networks, we can do setup of master DNS server and time NTP server and finally it is necessary to do a correct setup of a SMTP server to allow sending emails generated by the Logmanager system.

Network ports available on Logmanager

Standard Logmanager servers (M, L, XL) are equipped with four network ports and one network port for out-of-band management. Consult your supplier/partner for optional configuration.

For a minimum functional configuration it is necessary to setup at least one VLAN and one IP address to that VLAN.
