2FA settings

This part of the application allows you to configure two-factor authentication (2FA) for all Logmanager users. Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security by requiring users to verify their identity through a second method beyond their password.

Enable & disable two-factor authentication

You can enforce two-factor authentication globally by enabling Enforce Two-Factor Authentication. When you enable this setting, all users must have 2FA configured. Users cannot disable 2FA on their account when this setting is active.

When you enable this setting, users who do not have two-factor authentication configured must set it up on their next login. You can guide them through the setup process. They cannot access the application until 2FA is configured.

Disabling the Enforce Two-Factor Authentication setting allows users to choose whether to enable or disable 2FA on their accounts.

Once a user has set up two-factor authentication, they can log in using their password plus a verification code from their authenticator app.
