Correlations

Logmanager allows you to create Standard Alerts, Alerts with Threshold, and Correlation Alerts. For the correct functionality of Threshold and Correlation alerts, you must define an Correlation, which determines how long alert parameters are tracked after the first flag is detected.

This tracking window can be set between 60 and 900 seconds. This function is primarily used within the Blockly Function context block.

You can add, edit, or delete correlation.

Add a new correlation

  1. Click the Plus icon in the top right corner to open the correlation creation form.
  2. Enter the following details:
    • Name: Enter a unique name for the correlation.
    • Description: Provide a description of what this correlation tracks.
    • TTL (seconds): Enter the lifetime (time-to-live) for this correlation (60 to 900 seconds).

Click Save to create the correlation, or Cancel to return to the main table without saving.

Edit an existing correlation

To modify an existing correlation, click the Pencil icon located on the corresponding line in the table.

Update the necessary information in the form and click Save. You can return to the main list at any time by clicking Cancel.

Delete an existing correlation

To remove a correlation, click the red Cross icon on the corresponding line.

A Delete confirmation dialog will appear. Click Confirm to permanently delete the correlation or Cancel to go back.
